Great food & great service! The restaurant is only open until 3 or 4pm. I...We were slightly put off by the queue outside as it’s no fun queuing in minus temperatures, persevered & within 15 mins were sat down. The portions were large. So many new choices but went for the classics; Indecisive breakfast with carrot cake pancakes and pecan French toast.

They have a great variety of different types of breakfast. Highly recommend this spot for brunch!!! Beware the amounts of food are huge, service was very friendly and quick, how they do what they do in their tiny preperation area is beyond me. !It was my 1st brunch there and even though I had to wait outside for over 1/2h it was quickly forgotten once inside. Trust me you will want to order everything on the menu! The prices are a bit above average, but we think it is definitely worth it for the quality of the food and...Restaurant L'Avenue's food is DELICIOUS! Los Cabos Chicken Waffle, tender, tasty, truly terrific!!!

The decor is crazy...This place is hands down THE BEST BRUNCH restaurant in Montréal. (15 minute train ride). The food, the staff and the atmosphere, it has it all!
