Such a treat, and we really like the concept of giving chefs in their final stages of training a real place...Fulgurances is game changer in the food industry. No big deal, because the wine we had at their sister wine bar across the street was impeccable. Sophie and her team are made of pure kindness. I wasn't blown away by any of the dishes I had here, but you can tell that the quality of the ingredients is superb and that a lot of attention it put into the details.
